Free audits have a different job.

Most agencies offer "free audits" because the audit isn't the product — the retainer is. The free audit is a sales document. Its job is to create urgency around signing a contract. The analysis is shaped around that goal.

Our audit has a different job. It's a real deliverable. You pay for it because you're getting something genuinely useful — whether you continue with us or not. That changes the incentive. We don't have to find problems that conveniently require our retainer. We just have to find what's actually there.

Do I have to sign a retainer after the audit?

No. The audit is a standalone deliverable. You walk away with a full written report and a 30/60/90-day action plan that you can execute with your current team, with us, or with another agency. Retainer pricing only gets discussed on the walkthrough call if you ask for it.

Most brands who take the audit do end up signing a retainer. That's not because we pressure them — it's because once we've surfaced the findings, execution is the obvious next step. But the decision is yours, not pre-committed.

What if we're not a supplement brand?

We only audit supplement brands. If you're in an adjacent category — sports nutrition, beauty-ingestibles, pet supplements — we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis. For everything else (skincare, food, electronics, apparel, etc.), we'll refund in full and point you toward a specialist in your category.

Do you need access to my Seller Central account?

Yes. We need view-only access to run the analysis. We send a formal Seller Central user access request, you grant the permissions, we conduct the audit, and we remove ourselves automatically at the end if you don't retain us. Access is role-scoped to minimum permissions required.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund if we determine during intake (before the deep work begins) that you're not a fit — either because the category doesn't match or because your situation is one we can't meaningfully help with. Once the audit work begins, the fee is non-refundable since the work has been performed. In practice, refund scenarios are rare because we screen during the discovery call.

How fast can you start?

Typically within 2–3 business days of order. Once you've paid and sent access, we kick off the audit window — which runs 5 business days to the report delivery, plus day 6 for the walkthrough call. So total elapsed time from payment to walkthrough is typically 7–8 business days.

Do you work outside Amazon US?

No. Amazon US only. The supplement policy landscape, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics vary meaningfully across marketplaces. We've chosen to go deep on one rather than shallow on many. If you need Amazon UK, EU, or elsewhere, we're happy to refer you to specialists who operate in those markets.
